my life in my dept

(This is my first blog....... I've given my try to it... :)) 

MY DEPT. CSE

By this June 4, i entered into my department of computer science engineering. Since 1st year was common for everyone in college, it went on well. Before i enter into my 2nd year, i was excited to experience how my dept will be... Already our class bagged loads of bad names in 1st year... Knowing this, cse HOD decided to curb our illegal actions... As a first step, she made herself to teach us OOPS paper. I was little bit scared of her in the beginning. She taught C++ with her utmost patience with loads of real life egs. I became well versed in programming by my staff's teaching. Now i've 6 papers viz... OOPS, DS, ADC, MATHEMATICS, EVS and DPSD. All the staffs are good except one. Her name is Tilaga Sri Chandra. She is taking ADC paper to our class. Due to lack of experience in teaching, she couldn't manage our class. (I think its my fate to get one staff who can't manage class or who can't take class well. Its happening right from my 10th...). Taking that as an advantage, slowly we started teasing heavily. I used to sit with my best friend named Srikandh alias CheekuSri in 2nd bench.

We used to while away ADC hour by drawing mam in a paper, by teasing her..... ADC mam has bad english and we used to list it down and enjoy. Our class advisor is Muthuram sir. He's a talented person with very good knowledge and way of teaching. He persued his UG in GCT. Our FCP sir(named suresh) who's my class' computer staff in 1st year is his classmate. Muthuram sir also has bad english and everyone used to make fun of him. (even i did at first). I guess this may be the reason why he's working as an assistant proffessor in our college.(Else he'd've placed somewhere). To say about DPSD mam, she has very good english with superb speed. I admire her for her language. She teaches her subject very well. EVS is being taken by mam named Valarmathi. Noone likes her. Mathematics is now being taken by Pandian sir. He is good in teaching as well. But his actions and some common dialogues always makes us laugh. When he is laughing with his wide open mouth, he resembles the Predator. He solves problems in elementary step. For eg. if 1+1=2, he'll solve this expression only after 20 steps... :D

BAD TIME FOR MY FRIENDS :(

Everything went on well. One day, 6 of my class boys bunked the college and they decided to go on a trip to aliyar. They went in my friend's car(Hari's car). My friend Sandeep drove the car. On the way to Pollachi, while overtaking another car,  my friend's car lost balance and tumbled thrice and was crushed. 3 of my classmates were injures. One got fracture in his hand. Other one got his spinal cord bone misplaced. One more got hurt in his neck. This news reached our HOD in the morning by 11 and everyone were tensed about the students. This again made our class to get bad name again. Due to this incident, seeking leave became strict. Everyone blamed my class.

Just recently my friends regained their health, met HOD with their parents and attended the class.

My maths sir always say, "M-III paper seems to be very easy. But many students'll not clear this paper". Whenever he say this dialog we never mind. But i experienced his words in my 1st internal which ended last week.

We got all our marks this week and i am surprised that this time, our class pass percentage is just 27%. All our marks went well near the border mark. It was terrible this week. This bad performance in 1st internal again made everyone to declare that CSE-B is the worst. This year i feel that my friend Sandeep is having his bad time. He’s being caught in all the issues. Students at the back crossed their limit in teasing ADC mam in one of her class session this week. She was badly disappointed and gave a complaint to my advisor. Everyone were scolded bitterly. Seeing our performance in 1st internal, HOD mam appointed a new staff for OOPS. In this week, i found many changes for my class. We were assigned a new fresher for EVS paper. HOD mam didn't turn her face. When i, along with some of my friends, went to meet HOD mam, she was very kind in inviting me and i was surprised to hear such a polite words from her. Even after lots of bad activities done by my class, still she was ready to help in any way. I almost cried in my heart. Then I discussed with her regarding the poor performance in the internals. She then asked me about the happenings in our class.

This week, OOPS and ADC classes are repeated from the beginning. After meeting HOD mam, now i feel that ADC mam is putting all her effort in teaching us and making understand. Just 3 days back i realised ADC mam from her side. I slowly started grasping her classes..... And now i feel like its my duty to put my effort in making teachers happy by listening to their classes and do my exams. Staffs used to say everything only for students' goodness. I understood this clearly only in this week. I decided to change and i wish everyone'll change soon...........
